I want to tell my partner that I feel dejected because it seems he's forgotten me, and I'm needing reassurance, intentional connection and effort to show that he also misses me. How do I say this so I am heard, seen and loved on?

I'm traveling and missing my partner, across a 14 hour time difference. He's been working at a Swing Dancing event, and during his down time, he's been dancing and connecting with the other attendees. But then afterwards is too tired or distracted to share meaningful time and details about his day with me. I want to tell him how I feel and what I need, but I worry he will hear my hurt as an accusation that he is a bad partner.
